A retired couple downsized to this apartment but didn’t want it to feel like a compromise. First job – a new kitchen designed to keep the things they loved from their old kitchen – a central table and a place to sit and read.
The hero of the new kitchen is an amazing terrazzo from Diespeker.
Simple fixtures and fittings were chosen – including lighting from British lighting brand, Original BTC.
Vinyl floor is a cost effective and practical choice – I’m honestly not sure why people don’t use it more often.
