Ross Trustees faced the same challenges as many other successful businesses. They needed more room and now! But Ross Trustees had great offices in a super convenient location. How could they keep their existing office and provide more space? We worked out a solution that incorporated more desks and more storage. When the layout was finalised I then added the design elements to incorporate their clean minimal branding into their revamped office. In common with the tight timetables of hard working spaces, the office was fitted over the course of one weekend.

“As Ross Trustees have expanded, we needed a more flexible working solution so we asked Zoe from stealth design to help us. The brief was a clean and minimal feel – moving towards agile working and a paperless office. Zoe rejigged the layout to incorporate more desks and to rationalise storage. She sourced the new desks and storage for us and negotiated trade discounts. The office now feels fresh – and is much, much tidier !”

Design Tip: Offices don’t have to be devoid of colour – in fact it’s a good way of incorporating your branding. For this office revamp we used a washed out version of their main brand colour, a deep purple – which is used on their letterhead and website. A soft lilac is actually very on trend but because there is a reason for its use here it is also timeless. Win, win!
